Refund and Returns Policy

At Naughty Craft, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Here are the details of our return and exchange policy:

You can apply for an exchange or return within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Fill out the Exchange/Return form and send the product back to our studio to initiate the process.
As per our policy, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you’ll receive a lifetime-valid coupon code for the same amount to use for future purchases, once the product is received back at our studio.
The first exchange/return is complimentary. However, subsequent exchanges/returns will incur a Rs. 200 fee, prepaid by the customer.
No exchanges or returns are allowed on sale products.
Damaged, used, or unsellable products are not eligible for exchange or return.
The exchange/return process may take up to 20 working days after we receive your order back at our studio.
For cancellation, please note that it’s only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Cancellation may occur under certain circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the requirement, In such cases prepaid orders will be refunded within 3-4 business days.
For any communication regarding order cancellation or delay, we ensure prompt updates.
Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping across India via Delhivery and Shiprocket.
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date and delivered within 7-8 days after dispatch.
Tracking details are shared via email once the order is dispatched.
If the order is canceled before dispatch or lost in transit by us, the entire order amount, including delivery charges, will be refunded.
